1. Introduction

Radar is a social app in development stage (MVP / beta) that lets people discover, connect, and communicate with nearby users and events through geolocation.

By creating an account and using Radar, you accept these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not use the app.

2. Usage requirements

To use Radar you must:

• Be at least 18 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country).
• Provide truthful information when registering.
• Use the app legally and responsibly.

Radar may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms.

3. Service operation

Radar uses approximate user location to show nearby people and events. Exact locations are never shown and distances under 50 meters are not displayed.

The service may change features, contain errors, or be interrupted temporarily or permanently.

As this is a development version, continuous availability and error-free behavior are not guaranteed.

4. Privacy and information control

Radar does not require users to share personal information.

• Each user decides what information is public.
• Real names are never visible to other users.
• Only display names (nicknames) are shown.
• You can edit or stop sharing information at any time.
• Radar offers Invisible Mode so you can avoid being detected by other users.

5. Connections and messages

Only users you decide to connect with can message you.

Radar does not actively monitor private messages, but it may act in response to reports or misuse.

6. User behavior

The following is prohibited:

• Using Radar for illegal activities.
• Posting offensive, violent, or discriminatory content.
• Trying to access Radar systems or data without authorization.
• Using the app to harass or harm other users.

Violations may result in account suspension or removal.

7. User-generated content

Each user is responsible for the content they post. Radar is not responsible for third-party content.

8. Limitation of liability

Radar is provided as is. We do not guarantee that the service will be secure, uninterrupted, or error-free.

Radar will not be liable for data loss, indirect damages, or service interruptions.

9. Changes to terms

Radar may update these Terms and Conditions. Changes will be communicated in the app or through other reasonable channels.
